FIAT CO-DRIVER WITH TRAFFIC JAM ASSIST

Thanks to a forward-looking camera and a hidden radar, the New 500 Passion hatchback makes all of your journeys safer and comfortable. It reads the road signs and suggests the permitted speed for that specific road. Then, you can set the speed (minimum activation speed 18 mph) and the distance you prefer: the system will autonomously keep the distance from the vehicle that precedes you, it will accelerate and stop when needed, even in stop-and-go-traffic. Additionally, the New 500 Passion hatchback recognises the lines of the road and autonomously keeps you at the centre of the lane, at any speed. And if lane markings are absent, the system creates a safe path based on the surrounding vehicles.
